Spanish for
Everyday Life

A friendly path for English speakers: from your first “hola” to more confident everyday conversations.

All instructions and explanations are in English. Spanish examples have English meanings. No language selector or translation setup is needed.

Start from the very beginning →
Two neighbors greeting each other with a wave.

Look. Listen. Try a little. Keep going.

You do not need to know a word of Spanish. Begin by listening to a few useful words, seeing their meanings, and repeating at your own pace. Each stage builds on the one before it.

A clear starting point, not a fluency promise

The course uses broadly understood Latin American Spanish models. Vocabulary and pronunciation vary by region. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced are stages in this course, not official CEFR levels. Pronunciation and independent writing are self-reviewed, and your microphone is never recorded.

Certificates document independent course completion; they are not licenses or accredited qualifications. Estimated study time is an estimate, not verified attendance.

Your completion certificate

All 6 lessons, vocabulary matches, listening and lesson checks, sentence practice, writing/conversation self-review and a final assessment score of at least 80%.

Estimated study time: 4 hours. Includes reading, practice, projects and assessment; individual time varies.

Certificate locked — complete all requirements listed above. Existing progress is preserved.

About estimated study time

Lifehelper estimates time from lesson length, worked exercises, practice sessions, project work and assessments. Short foundation courses use approximately two hours; larger courses and multi-level programs use higher estimates. This is not a timer, accredited credit or verified attendance.

Documents completion of an independent Lifehelper course. Not a license, accredited qualification, or official professional certification. Estimated study time is a course estimate, not verified activity hours.
